Management company doesn't understand investment company's financial reports.
Simple... CDs have a maturity date. You report interest gained if you sell a CD or when the CD matures. This is simple.
This is a key reason why the 2022 Board of Directors fired them. However, the wise 2023 Board rehired them. Thanks 2023!

Violation - No proper notice of meetings. No board meeting signs on BLVD. No Newsletter.
[If you are not on TownSq you are not receiving notices and agendas]
[If you aren't able to physically attend the meetings - That's just too bad]
No Zoom for those who can't attend meetings.
The community has no idea what is being voted on at each board meeting.
Meeting agendas don't contain enough information to determine what precisely will be discussed and potentially voted on.
Associa and the Board violate statutes.
Operations
No erosion mitigation planning nor action for two years.
Using Facebook Groups instead of TownSq to share community information. (These include non-members.)
Closing requests on TownSq without completion or explanation.
Disorganized and sloppy work on the community platform TownSq.

Handed the WLB Report to '23 & "24 Boards
Nothing was done - We have been misdirected with WLB is working on it
Erosion Exists - Use Areas 1 & 2 as test sites
Replacing the failed natural swale with shotcrete channels & replacing failed wattles will fix the problems in areas 1 & 2.
